So if we are talking the lottery then obviously not everyone can be a winner but as the saying goes ” you have to be in it to win it”. I think the same goes for almost any aspect of success, not only in business but in whatever we tackle.
Albert Bandura’s theory of self efficacy shows that the more we believe we can achieve a task the more likely we are to be successful. After all if you teach a kid to ride a bike we don’t pick them up the first time they wobble and tell them they are unlikely to be able to do it. If you had never seen anyone ride a bike who amongst us would believe we were capable of balancing on a few centimeters of rubber at speed…It’s all about belief
