Albert Bandura&#039;s theory of self efficacy shows that the more we believe we can achieve a task the more likely we are to be successful.  After all if you teach a kid to ride a bike we don&#039;t pick them up the first time they wobble and tell them they are unlikely to be able to do it. If you had never seen anyone ride a bike who amongst us would believe we were capable of balancing on a few centimeters of rubber at speed...It&#039;s all about belief</description>
